Atlas Adjustment Therapy is not a new method. Its derived from the Atlastherapy by Dr. Arlen<\/strong> which has been practiced for decades and predominantly used to treat children with Kiss-Syndrom (Kopfgelenk-induzierte Symmetriest\u00f6rung). Atlas Adjustment<\/strong> for adult patients was and is less commonly practiced due to the intensity of the procedure.<\/p>\n

For the treatment of adults a new device was developed that pulsates with the required intensity (THEMPER-Technologie<\/strong>). In the pretreatment<\/strong> two Themper-Devices are used and during the Atlas position correction<\/strong> one device. This device has made an Atlas Adjustment<\/strong> for adults possible in just one session.<\/p>\n

The Importance of the Atlas Adjustment<\/h3>\n

The spinal cord runs through the spine<\/strong> and enters through the underside of the skull to connect with the brain.
\nVital blood veins and nerves run past the Atlas vertebrae<\/strong> such as the inner Artery Art. Vertebralis int.<\/strong>, the inner Jugular vein<\/strong>, Lymph nodes<\/strong> and the very important Vagus nerve<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

A misalignment of the Atlas Vertebrae can reduce the amount of space available for these important nerves and veins. Which can compromise “blood and nerve flow”.<\/p>\n

This compression can also affect the Vagus Nerve, which controls the vegetative nervous system. A tightening of the Vagus Nerve can cause migraines, problems with circulation, digestion and sleep. As well as a list of other symptoms.<\/p>\n

Atlast Adjustment based on atlasreflex\u00ae offers a method of soothing \/ reversing a variety of symptoms.<\/p>\n

The severity of the symptoms is correlated to the degree of the misalignment of the Atlas Vertebrae<\/strong>.
\nThis muscle region is where many receptors for balance, orientation, head position, and posture are located. These imbalances have to be compensated for, at the cost of a lot of energy and stamina. The body has to constantly keep opposing muscles flexed, and stiff in order to counter act them. This can lead to neck discomfort<\/strong>, tension headaches<\/strong>, dizziness<\/strong> and range of motion disorders<\/strong>. The lower half of the body can also be affected by these imbalances in the neck in the form of asymmetrical working spinal and pelvic muscles. in the case of a pinched Vagus nerve, it can influence the heart, blood pressure, and digetion.<\/p>\n
